Based in the North East of England, we are able to offer a very competitive charge-out rate. Our charges are based on an hourly rate for time used. This rate is currently £260 / hour (excluding VAT).
For contentious matters, we charge on the basis of the agreed hourly rate. For claims subject to the LMAA Small Claims Procedure, we may be able to offer a fixed or capped fee arrangement.
For non-contentious matters, we are happy to discuss a fixed rate or capped fee arrangement if preferred by you.
